This is an attractive healthy dish and people will ask you if you are a gourmet cook LOL Very easy. Yes I am a cook but this is cooking 101 LOL
Ingredients FRESH TUNA Canola Oil for fish Olive oil for Salad Rosemary Garlic salt & pepper Salad - fres mixed greens. Small white beans in a can Wasabi - prepare in advance and set aside.
MIXED SALAD LEAVES DRESSING - prepare in advance. 4 tsp Olive oil 2 tsp balsamic Vinegar 1 clove of garlic Salt & pepper WASH SALAD and set aside - don't use dressing till ready to serve Toss the dressing minutes before ready to serve.
SMALL CANED WHITE BEANS OR BROWN RICE Rinse the beans so there are no preservatives left. Pure' the beans in a blender till smooth with a bit of salt and pepper. (optional - a little saute'd onion) If you prefer using rice - I turst you know how to make that.
TUNA Just before ready to serve because fish cooks fast. Put some canola oil with rosemary and garlic for flavor. Grill tuna quick on both sides.add salt and pepper.
PRESENTATION IN THE CETER OF THE PLATE Put the pured beans (or if prefer cooked brown rice) Put the salad all around the beans. Cut the tuna in 2 and place around the beans like a pyramid.
Decorate the plate with Wasabi - that is awesome with the tuna. (directions on the can Just powder and water) Don't try it on a small plate LOL You need a real dinner size plate.
